Overview:

SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for a Liquidity Control Manager to join our Finance Team.

We need a true, experienced, accomplished professional who shares our culture and values.

Key responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage the group’s daily cash flow and liquidity position
• Develop and implement effective liquidity management strategies
• Conduct regular cash flow forecasting and analysis
• Identify and mitigate liquidity risks
• Optimize the use of cash and other financial resources
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure effective cash management
• Prepare and present liquidity reports to senior management
• Maintain relationships with banks and other financial institutions
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and policies
• Implement and maintain cash management systems and tools

Requirements:

• Higher education in finance, accounting, economics 
• 5+ years of experience in treasury, accounting or finance (preferably within international companies) 
• English (at least upper-intermediate, both written and oral) 
• Advanced Excel skills 
• Experience with 1C and Xero or similar software 
• Problem solving, big picture thinking 
• Confident to work with people at all levels and from different fields 
• Open to variety and challenge
