Headhunter
Overview:
We’re seeking a highly motivated and experienced Headhunter to support our leadership team in identifying and attracting the best talent in the iGaming industry. You will be instrumental in building relationships with high-calibre candidates, negotiating offers, and ensuring a seamless recruitment process. This role demands a professional who is not only skilled in recruitment but also has a sharp understanding of sales dynamics, networking, and the iGaming landscape.
SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for a Headhunter. We need a true, experienced, accomplished professional who shares our culture and values.
Key responsibilities:
• Proactive talent sourcing
- Identify, engage, and build relationships with top-tier talent in the iGaming industry, focusing
on roles across development, design, production, and leadership
• Strategic partnership
- Work closely with the leadership team to understand key hiring needs, provide market
insights, and develop tailored recruitment strategies that align with our business goals
• Networking & relationship building
- Leverage your network to uncover hidden talent pools and maintain strong relationships
with potential candidates, industry leaders, and influencers
• Negotiation & offer management
- Lead offer negotiations with finesse, ensuring that candidate and company needs are met,
resulting in successful placements
• Industry expertise
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to anticipate hiring
needs and attract the best talent
• Flexible & smart approaches
- Adapt to changing priorities easily, employing creative and smart strategies to attract and
retain top talent
• Sales-driven mindset
- Apply your sales experience to "sell" our employer brand, value proposition, and career
opportunities to potential candidates
Key requirements:
• Proven experience as a headhunter, talent acquisition specialist, or recruiter, preferably with a focus on the iGaming industry.
• Strong understanding of the iGaming industry, including key roles, skillsets, and market trends
• Exceptional networking skills with a robust network within the iGaming or tech industry
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate offers and manage complex candidate situations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build trust with candidates and stakeholders
• High level of flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results oriented
