Payment Integration Manager
Overview:
SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for a Data Analyst. We need a true, experienced, and accomplished professional who shares our culture and values.
Key responsibilities:
- Work on integrations of various payment Methods/PSPs to ensure smooth integration for different geographical regions.
- Analyze payment providers workflow and find best solutions during the integration and after
- Ensure thorough testing and validation of payment integrations and issue investigations based on the test results
- Maintaining and reviewing past integrations on a regular basis to ascertain that all payment processes are in order
- Optimizing payment methods performance through payment gateway configuration, payment routing and other configurations
- Collaborate directly with internal teams and external partners, escalate specific issues to relevant departments
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for integrations and processes
Requirements:
- Higher or incomplete higher education, graduates from technical universities are preferable
- Proficiency in English at Intermediate + (verbal and written) level or higher is obligatory
- Having several years of experience in payment processing, payment gateway integrations, or fintech field as 2nd line support engineer/manager/integration specialist
- In-depth understanding of various payment methods (credit cards, e-wallets, bank transfers, etc.). Experience working with API documentation of different payment solutions
- General understanding of the payments ecosystem, including merchant requirements, gateways, acquirers, card schemes, payments operations will be a huge advantage
- Understanding basic principles of Client-Server architecture is obligatory (HTTP, API, JSON, etc.)
- Familiarity with a set of tools: Jira, Confluence, Jenkins, Gitlab, Devtools, and monitoring systems such as Kibana ELK is an advantage
- It will be a huge plus if the candidate is able to find and read logs
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex integration issues
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, product managers, Bizdev managers, finance team, support managers and external vendors
