Key responsibilities:
- Carrying out segmentation of the database and implementing CRM strategies
- Implementing customer retention programs and loyalty initiatives
- Providing personalized support and addressing customer inquiries or complaints
- Creating email campaigns that comply with the best current email practices in the industry
- Analysis of current email marketing campaigns and making improvement recommendations
- Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to develop targeted retention campaigns
- Monitoring customer metrics and KPIs to track retention rates and identify areas for improvement
- Identifying and addressing customer churn risks
Requirements:
- Having at least 1.5 years of experience in marketing
- Knowledge of Customer.io is a must
- Fluency in English (B2+)
- Ability to analyze, interpret, draw conclusions and implement solutions to a variety of complex issues
- Customer-first mindset
- Attention to detail
- Analytical and strategic thinking skills
