Overview:
SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for an Event Manager.
We need a true and accomplished professional who shares our culture and values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scope: Organise and manage internal events and initiatives across the SOFTSWISS Group.
- Event Planning: Develop and deliver internal events (town halls, team-building activities, corporate conferences), as well as events related to sustainability, charity, and community support, aligning with the company’s internal communication strategy and corporate culture.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with HR, Brand, and PR teams to ensure successful event execution. Coordinate with project managers, digital marketing teams, and other departments to meet event goals.
- Vendor Management: Engage external vendors for event production, including venue hire, catering, technical support, and material production.
- Merchandise Management: Oversee the development, production, and distribution of corporate merchandise (T-shirts, hoodies, tote bags, and other items) for staff and events.
- Communication Materials: Collaborate with the design team to create visual assets (presentations, banners, and promotional materials), ensuring brand consistency throughout the event process.
- Budget Management: Manage event budgets, ensure cost efficiency, and oversee expenses within approved allocations.
- Post-Event Reporting: Collect feedback, analyze results, and prepare detailed reports on event outcomes. Provide insights for future event planning and improvements.
- Virtual Events: Organise and manage online events, webinars, and hybrid formats, ensuring seamless technical execution and participant engagement.
- Employee Engagement: Develop strategies to boost employee engagement through events, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Event Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years’ experience in event planning and management, particularly in a corporate environment.
- Proven track record of managing both large-scale and smaller internal events.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Experience working with Slack for communication and project coordination.
- Experience managing corporate merchandise: development, production, and distribution.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience managing budgets and coordinating with external vendors.
- Confident working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
- English: Upper-Intermediate (B2-C2).
Nice to Have:
- Experience in iGaming, IT, or B2B sectors.
- Multilingual skills: Russian, Polish, Portuguese, or Spanish (B2).
- Familiarity with virtual event platforms and tools.
- Basic knowledge of HTML for setting up event webpages.
