Overview:

SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for the Event Manager. We need a true, experienced professional who shares our culture and values.

Key responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate the company's participation in industry events, such as exhibitions, forums, and conferences
• Organize side events, including networking parties, dinners
• Design and oversee the setup of booths and sponsorship areas to maximize brand visibility and engagement
• Create and manage event-related merchandise and promotional materials
• Coordinate and manage all aspects of photo and video shoots, ensuring high-quality content for marketing and promotional use
• Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and alignment with financial goals
• Establish and maintain relationships with vendors, venues, and external partners. Negotiate contracts and manage logistics to ensure all event elements are delivered on time and within budget
• Oversee on-site event execution, including managing schedules, coordinating with staff, and troubleshooting any issues to ensure smooth operations
• Provide comprehensive support to delegates before, during, and after events to ensure a seamless experience
• Gather feedback, analyze event performance metrics, and prepare post-event reports to identify areas of improvement

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Event Manager or in a similar role
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build effective relationships and manage contracts with suppliers, venues, event service providers, and agencies
• Demonstrated success in organizing both internal and external events, from concept to execution
• Proven experience in developing and managing event merchandise and promotional products
• Creative mindset with the ability to design engaging event concepts and experiences.
• Expertise in creating comprehensive technical specifications and requirements for events
• Proficiency in English and Russian (B2/C1 level)
