Key responsibilities:

• Maintain the calendar of marketing activities of partners in Confluence and Telegram Channel
• Provide assistance to the Promo Manager with the integration of Tournament Tool to the client / operator
• Provide assistance to the Promo Manager with the communication with the game provider / operators
• Maintain the information provided in the forms by the Clients, checking its relevance and highlight to AMs / BAMs of the operator / client some irregularities found in the form filled in by the Client
• Communication of the information in regards to the Promo Discounts to Partnership Manager Assistants
• Communication / announcement of exclusive / pre releases of games to the relevant Teams, registration of the Clients for the pre-release / exclusivity, discussion of all of it with the game providers (partners)

Requirements:

• English level: Intermediate and higher
• Russian level: Upper-intermediate and higher
• Analytical thinking
• Good knowledge of Excel
• Experience in working with the documents (Foreign Trade Agreements, Invoices etc.) will be a plus
• Experience in working with 1C, PowerBI, Tableau etc. will be a plus
• Experience as an account manager will be a plus
• Experience with analytics systems will be a plus
• Experience in Marketing, Advertisement will be a plus
