Key responsibilities:

• Create SEO strategies for websites in various niches (software development, recruitment, marketing, fintech, other)
• Management of a team of SEO specialists and link builders
• Translate marketing and brand objectives into smart KPI's
• Set up, maintain, and improve SEO workflow
• Document processes
• Mentor SEO specialists
• Analyse performance and results
• Lead the search for new team members

Requirements:

• 5-7 years experience in SEO
• Ability to work with big data
• Outstanding analytical skills
• Ability to build a cause-and-effect relationship
• Advanced knowledge of SE algorithms
• Advanced knowledge of technical optimisation
• Advanced knowledge of SEO tools
• Fluent English
