Key responsibilities:

• Conduct product discovery on the market and analyze products in and of the relevant domain
• Monitor overall market performance, and track performance through various analytical resources 
• Collaborate proactively with product managers, sales and business representatives, and analysts to identify research questions leading to actionable insights 
• Collect and analyze data from diverse research methodologies, including usability studies, surveys, marketing reports 
• Receive and manage data from user studies 
• Present new product functionalities and hypothesis for future A/B tests to the team through searching and presentation of relevant findings 
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base derived from competitor research, featuring comprehensive and insightful descriptions

Requirements:

• 1,5+ years of experience on product related position (Bussines Analyst, Product Owner, Product Manager, Researcher etc.) 
• Competitor analysis skills to understand market dynamics and trends 
• Experience in devising plans and scenarios for A/B tests 
• Ability to analyze results and write reports 
• Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods, with the ability to determine when, why, and how to apply them 
• Understanding of key product and business metrics 
• Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Miro, and user tracking tools 
• Strong analytical skills and critical thinking abilities 
• Russian language: close to native level
• Great communication skills with the capacity to convey ideas effectively to the team 
• A strong sense of responsibility
• A data-driven and ownership mindset 
• Enthusiasm and determination to achieve result

Nice to have:

• Gambling experience is a huge plus
• Upper-Intermediate English will be a plus
