SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for a Business Travel Specialist.
We need a true, experienced and accomplished professional who shares our culture and values.

Key responsibilities:

• Creating exceptional travel experiences by planning accommodations, booking flights, hotels, transfers, and coordinating engaging activities
• Overseeing and processing all travel-related documentation, including payments, itineraries, visas, and necessary legal forms
• Providing expert assistance in resolving any travel-related challenges that may arise
• Cultivating and nurturing strong relationships with key vendors in the travel sector, including car rental agencies, hotels, and airlines
• Conducting thorough research to uncover best travel deals while evaluating prices and services to ensure optimal value.
• Designing, refining, and overseeing corporate travel policies to enhance efficiency and compliance.
• Analyzing travel expenditures and preparing reports
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Legal, Marketing, and HR departments

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
• Comprehensive knowledge of the complete business travel process from start to finish
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English, complemented by fluency in Russian
• A strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and act decisively
• Proven aptitude for building and maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized with a keen eye for detail, capable of thriving in multitasking environments
• A higher education degree is desirable
