Key responsibilities:

• Manage the Team of Country Project Managers Game Aggregator: organising the work of the Team, assess the tasks and their relevance, priorities and adequacy, assign tasks to certain CP Manager or CP Manager Assistant, control the task execution
• Keep abreast with the changes on the market in connection to the Regulated Markets
• Plan the entry to new markets: assess and calculate the expenses and potential profits from new Regulated Market we are considering
• Organise the collection and analysis of the feedback on the plans on licenses /certifications / entering new regulated markets of the Operators as well as Game Providers
• Organise the work with the new Regulated Markets (assignment of the CP Manager, gathering information from other Departments on the peculiarities working on a certain market for our company)
• Organise the cooperation with Third Parties (Legal Consultancy on Regulated Markets)

Requirements:

• At least 2 years experience in Project Management and Management position
• Advanced level of English
• Upper Intermediate level of Russian
• Ability to work with huge amount of data, multitasking, analytical skills  
• Negotiation experience (tough talks, bargaining, closing the deals successful)  
• Experience with analytics systems will be a plus
