About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented IT Procurement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will manage procurement processes for software, servers, and data center solutions, maintain budget planning, and oversee software and hardware inventory. Your focus will be on ensuring cost-efficiency, operational excellence, and timely delivery while collaborating with multiple departments, suppliers, and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities :
- Research and compare software suppliers in the market, identifying the best price and available discounts.
- Manage the approval and signing process for contracts.
- Ensure timely payments and control over the payment process.
- Maintain the software inventory by adding new systems and keeping records updated.
- Research and compare server and data center suppliers.
- Control and monitor payments for servers and data centers.
- Monitor server deliveries and resolve billing-related issues.
- Assist in addressing problems with improper payments or unprocessed payments.
- Assist teams with budgeting for servers, licensing software, and IT services.
- Monitor and control payments in collaboration with the Finance team.
- Document hardware and equipment in the 1C system.
- Manage the receiving and issuing of equipment/hardware to employees and repair centers.
- Maintain a well-organized warehouse and ensure financial responsibility for inventory.
- Collaborate with colleagues on equipment selection and procurement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in IT procurement, purchasing, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Experience managing software licenses, servers, or data center orders.
- Knowledge of inventory systems and financial controls (1C experience is a plus).
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in working with financial documents, contracts, and vendor management.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
