Overview:

SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for Technical Writer. We need a true, experienced, and accomplished professional who shares our culture and values to join our team. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, edit, and maintain procedural documentation, including user guides, how-to guides, tutorials, and troubleshooting guides
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, such as API references and integration guides
• Write and share clear, accurate, and user-friendly release notes
• Collaborate with business analysts to translate and revise current documentation
• Work with cross-functional teams (product owners, developers, QA, etc.) to ensure the quality and relevance of documentation
• Perform additional duties related to documentation as needed

Requirements:

• Proficiency in English (C1 or higher)
• Russian at B2 level
• 3+ years of experience in technical documentation with a strong portfolio
• Proficiency in API documentation and familiarity with tools like Swagger or Postman
• Technical skills including JSON, YAML, and markdown
• Experience with release notes, UX writing, and Confluence content management
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with Git and docs-as-code workflows
• Experience with 1C software, gambling, iGaming, or fintech industries
• Basic understanding of programming languages
• Portfolio showcasing user guides, API documentation, and release notes
