SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for an HR Admin. We need a true, experienced, and accomplished professional who shares our culture and values.

Key responsibilities:

• Expertly manage B2B contracts for individual entrepreneurs, encompassing preparation, signing, modifications, and meticulous record-keeping
• Accurately document the provision of services and monitor employee absences to ensure seamless operations

Key requirements:

• Proven experience within an HR or Legal department, with a solid understanding of B2B contract legislation across Europe
• Fluency in Russian (native speaker or at a near-native level), complemented by English proficiency at a B2 level.
• Exceptional communication skills
