HR Business Partner
Overview:
SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for the HR Business Partner.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as an HR Business Partner to Senior Leadership, driving an HR agenda that attracts, develops, and retains top talent.
- Implement best practices to enhance employee engagement and foster a high-performing work culture that aligns with the company’s strategic growth objectives.
- Work with the company’s senior leadership team and Talent Development team to establish a sound management succession plan that corresponds to the strategy and objectives of the company.
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to develop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies that support the company’s growth objectives.
- Ensure a seamless onboarding and adaptation process for all newly hired or promoted employees.
- Develop and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits plans with the Total Rewards team.
- Facilitate performance reviews in partnership with the Total Rewards team and senior management.
- Support the creation and implementation of development plans through regular discussions, progress tracking, and follow-up with management.
- Provide strategic leadership across core HR functions, including talent acquisition, career development, succession planning, retention, recognition, training, leadership development, performance management, compensation and benefits in the business line.
- Coach managers to build and develop effective teams, enhancing leadership capabilities.
- Oversee employee relations, conducting regular 1-1 meetings to address concerns and provide support.
- Organize and conduct exit interviews, ensuring a smooth offboarding process for departing employees, and analyzing the data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop action plans in collaboration with the HR Center of Expertise, ensuring their successful implementation through ongoing monitoring and follow-up.
Requirements:
- Strong teamwork and stakeholder management skills.
- Successful implementation of HR initiatives, programs and processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Critical thinking, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge and experience with varied HRIS.
- A bachelor's degree is preferable in the related area. A degree in HR is an advantage.
- Minimum of 3 years of HR experience (in a similar position).
- Fluent in English, spoken and written. Russian is required.
