Key responsibilities:

• Development Sprint Planning:
  • • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business and technical requirements
    • Facilitate sprint planning sessions to allocate assignments effectively across the team
    • Ensure tasks are well-defined, prioritized, and ready for development, with clear due dates
    • Organize and manage the sprint progress
• Sprint Execution and Monitoring:
  • • Monitor and control development progress
    • Track feature progress, control dependencies, and provide detailed reporting
    • Identify and mitigate risks while resolving team impediments
    • Align plans with current progress and ensure smooth collaboration within and outside the team
• Team Coordination and Ownership:
  • • Monitor and control team capacity, accounting for vacations, public holidays, and workload adjustments
    • Support team development through onboarding, performance management, and probation reviews
    • Facilitate team ceremonies to drive continuous improvement
• Framework and Process Management:
  • • Ensure adherence to the established delivery framework, addressing and coaching on any deviations
    • Support release activities by coordinating resources and communicating progress with stakeholders
• Tool Management and Reporting:
  • • Utilize Jira dashboards to monitor team metrics, including workload, velocity, and sprint efficiency
    • Manage product feature health audits and facilitate communication on planned vs. actual progress
• Team Advocacy and Support:
• • • Protect the team from external disruptions, ensuring planned assignments are completed on time
    • Foster clear communication channels, provide required resources, and maintain transparency

Experience needed:

• Proven experience (3+ years) as a Scrum Master in Agile environments
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban
• Hands-on experience with Jira and related tools (BigPicture, Plans, etc.) for task and progress management
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with a focus on resolving conflicts and driving team performance
• Understanding of software development processes and team dynamics
• Upper-Intermediate or higher English and Russian (B2+)

Nice to have:

• Certification in Scrum (e.g., CSM, PSM)
• Experience with Scaled Agile Frameworks
• Familiarity with risk management and dependency tracking
