Senior HR Business Partner
Overview:
SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for the Senior HR Business Partner to drive HR strategy while providing mentorship and guidance to HR Business Partners. This leadership role will focus on shaping and executing HR initiatives that attract, develop, and retain top talent, aligning with the company’s strategic growth objectives.
Key responsibilities:
- Partner with senior leadership to implement and drive an HR agenda that attracts, develops, and retains top talent, supporting the company’s overall growth strategy.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and the Talent Development team to develop and maintain a strong management succession plan that aligns with the company’s long-term objectives.
- Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to craft and execute strategic recruiting plans that address the company’s expansion needs.
- Ensure a smooth and effective onboarding process for newly hired and promoted employees, ensuring alignment with company culture and values.
- Partner with the Total Rewards team to develop and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Facilitate performance management processes, including performance reviews, working alongside senior leadership and the Total Rewards team to drive employee growth.
- Drive the creation and implementation of employee development plans, ensuring consistent follow-up and tracking of individual progress.
- Lead strategic HR functions such as talent acquisition, leadership development, succession planning, retention, training, and performance management, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
- Coach and support managers to build high-performing teams and enhance leadership capabilities.
- Oversee employee relations by facilitating regular 1:1 meetings with managers and employees to address concerns and provide guidance.
- Lead the offboarding process, including conducting exit interviews, analyzing trends, and identifying opportunities for improvement in the employee experience. Partner with the HR Center of Expertise to develop and execute action plans based on HR data and employee insights, ensuring successful implementation and monitoring of progress.
- Play a key role in strategic HR initiatives and programs, aligning them with the company’s vision and long-term growth objectives.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to HR Business Partners, helping to develop their skills and ensure the successful execution of HR initiatives across the organization.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with the ability to guide and support HR Business Partners in their professional development.
- Proven track record of successfully designing and implementing HR strategies and programs that support business objectives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence decision-making at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with a strategic mindset. Experience with HRIS systems and HR analytics to drive data-informed decisions.
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field; a degree in Human Resources is an advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience in a similar role, with at least 2 years of experience in a leadership or mentoring capacity.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) and proficiency in Russian. Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities.
