Overview:

Experienced Event Manager, we have an opportunity for you! Join SOFTSWISS and become a vital part of our team. We are searching for someone who mirrors our dedication and professionalism.

Key responsibilities:

• Organizing events for employees across the group of companies (corporate parties, team-building activities, off-site meetings, seasonal activities, monthly events, special projects)
• Preparing and managing documentation (payment documents)
• Searching for, communicating with, and working with contractors (negotiating, monitoring work execution, overseeing payments)
• Maintaining the corporate events calendar
• Collaborating with other departments on tasks and projects being implemented

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in the event department of an IT company or 3+ years in an event agency 
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills
• English Upper Intermediate
• Russian Advanced
