Access Management Engineer
Overview:
SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for an Access Management Engineer. We need a true, experienced, and accomplished professional who shares our culture and values.
Security Team:
SOFTSWISS Security Team takes care of iGaming services protection, data privacy, and business continuity to ensure that nothing distracts satisfied customers from using our products. We work closely with the IT team that develops and supports our services, and together we create genuinely excellent and secure iGaming products.
Key responsibilities:
- Audit, design, and develop services for identity and access lifecycle management (creating RBAC, ABAC, workflows, and appropriate documentation)
- Collaboration with stakeholders and auditee employees due to creating\modification\updating RBAC\ABAC
- Create a customer-centric identity and access products and processes
- Build programmatic workflows for process control around IAM
- Build and maintain IAM infrastructure and services with a focus on high-quality service
- Contribute to a holistic identity and access security product
- Engage in identity, access governance, privileged access governance, and cybersecurity
- Collaborate with SOC and SGRC: provide expert assessments to support related teams
- Support policy and process development: provide technical input into the creation of ACP policies and standards
Requirements:
- 5+ years in software engineering development Company with proven experience in IAM systems and security domain
- Understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and CyberSecurity
- Strong knowledge of RBAC, ABAC, and ReBAC frameworks
- Strong ability to audit\create\edit and change RBAC\ABAC mechanisms
- Experience with SSO (KeyCloak, Okta etc.) and federated identity systems, focusing on security and UX
- Deep knowledge of LDAP directory services
- Ensure high-quality technical documentation is maintained
- Strong focus on integration & standardization (challenging the non-standard requirements)
- Structured written and verbal communication to ensure clarity
- Knowledge of Python\Go\PowerShell\bash, with experience with REST and asynchronous APIs
- University degree in Computer Science, Information Security or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of ITIL with a strong focus on Service Quality Management
- B2 or higher level of English and Russian
