Technical Account Manager
Overview:
SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for a Technical Account Manager.
We need a true, experienced and accomplished professional who shares our culture and values.
About Product:
SOFTSWISS Sportsbook Platform
A sports betting platform that allows you to operate a sports betting business online
Key responsibilities:
- Clients query processing
- Analysis of clients requirements
- Maintaining technical infrastructure and monitoring problems
- Communicating client's requirements to the development team
- Delivery of the full-featured product to the client
Requirements:
- B2 level of English
- C1 level of Russian
- Good understanding of API communication, reading log files
- Good command of markup and web languages (HTML, CSS), web performance, search engine optimization principles
- Basic knowledge of Quality Assurance
- Basic knowledge of Figma
- Solid computer, analytical, organizational skills
Nice to have:
- Understanding of iGaming / Sportsbook industry
- Knowledge of iframe vs. domain differences
