Overview:

SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for a PR Assistant. We need a motivated and skilled candidate who shares our culture and values.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in crafting news pieces, blog posts, and press releases for the company website and external media
• Support the distribution of press releases and manage UTM tagging for tracking campaign effectiveness
• Participate in planning and executing PR campaigns across different markets
• Help monitor media coverage and prepare reports on PR performance
• Coordinate visual content creation for press releases, articles, and promotional materials
• Support awards submissions, track industry recognitions, and maintain documentation
• Assist in maintaining media databases and updating company profiles on industry platforms
• Collaborate with analysts to evaluate PR effectiveness and contribute to strategic planning

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Polish
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
• Knowledge of media monitoring tools

Additional skills:

• Familiarity with media monitoring tools and PR platform (e.g., Prowly, Newswire)
• Additional language skills
