SOFTSWISS continues to expand the Total Rewards team and is looking for a Senior Total Rewards Specialist. We need a true, experienced, accomplished professional who shares our culture and values.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver Total Rewards projects including job architecture design, salary band development, and KPI/motivation system frameworks.
- Design, implement, and refine compensation and incentive programs aligned with business strategy and performance goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and adoption.
- Analyze internal data and external market benchmarks to inform reward structures and maintain competitiveness.
- Provide strategic guidance and subject-matter expertise on remuneration, benefits, and performance management frameworks.
- Ensure internal reward practices are aligned with Group HR strategy and comply with legal and regulatory standards.
- Support with ad-hoc Total Rewards initiatives and projects, audits, and process improvements.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, or HR project management.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering Total Rewards projects (e.g., job architecture, grading, salary structures, KPI systems).
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills; proficiency in Excel and relevant HR systems/tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with attention to detail and timelines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; comfortable working across all organizational levels.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business needs into practical reward solutions.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
Nice to have:
- A university degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related discipline is desirable.
- Experience in fast-paced, international, or tech/iGaming environments is beneficial.
- Familiarity with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar HRIS platforms is a plus.
- Russian language skills would be an advantage.
