Overview:

SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for a Junior Payroll Specialist. We need a motivated and skilled candidate who shares our culture and values.

Responsibilities:

• Entering data into the HR and payroll system
• Creating application documents in Płatnik (ZUA, ZWUA, ZCNA)
• Participation in the process of calculating salaries for about 900 employees in accordance with the applicable tax and Social Security regulations in Poland
• Calculating sickness benefits and keeping benefit records in accordance with the relevant Polish legislation
• Issuing salary certificates
• Entering and verifying employee absences in the system
• Providing employees with explanations regarding salary calculations
• Preparing annual PIT-11 tax returns
• Preparation of GUS declarations
• PPK operating support

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in the field of human resources and payroll
• Ability to calculate salaries in accordance with Polish tax, social security and labour law regulations
• Good knowledge of the Płatnik programme
• Practical knowledge of the rules for calculating sickness benefits in Poland
• Practical knowledge of tax and personal income tax regulations and ZUS
• B2+ level of English and good communication skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel

Additional skills:

• Knowledge of Enova programme
