Overview:

SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for a Senior Product Analyst. We need a true, experienced, and accomplished professional who shares our culture and values.

Key responsibilities:

• Wrangle, clean, and analyze large datasets using advanced techniques
• Develop and implement statistical models to identify trends and predict future outcomes
• Translate complex data insights into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders across the organization
• Design and build data visualizations to effectively communicate findings
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, sales, product) to define data needs and support data-driven decision making
• Stay up-to-date on emerging data analysis trends and technologies.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in statistical analysis, data mining, and modeling techniques
• Experience in conducting data driver researchers
• Experience in product analytics 
• Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages (e.g., Python, R) for data manipulation and analysis
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
• Attention to detail and the ability to identify errors and inconsistencies in data
• Ability to create clear and effective data visualizations
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.

Nice to have:

• Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Knowledge of Google Analytics
• Experience in a specific industry relevant to our company.
