About Product:
SOFTSWISS Casino Platform
Full-service modular software platform to manage online casino operations
Key responsibilities:
- Define Quarterly Objectives – Establish clear goals aligned with business needs and user requirements, forming the foundation for product iterations.
- Review and Approve Product Increments – Validate and approve development team deliverables from design preparation to production release.
- Industry Expertise – Maintain a strong understanding of the iGaming industry, including market trends, player behavior, and regulatory dynamics, to drive product innovation.
- Data-Driven Decision-Making – Analyze key engagement, retention, and revenue metrics to inform product development.
- Backlog Management – Prioritize and refine backlog items with the team to prepare for sprint planning.
- Change Management – Gather, analyze, and integrate operational change requests into the product backlog.
- Define Clear Acceptance Criteria – Establish well-defined A/C for product features and validate them with stakeholders to guide QA testing.
- Maintain and Update Requirements – Dynamically adapt and ensure consistency across epics, user stories, and technical specifications.
- Usability Testing – Conduct tests and validate UI and interaction flows to refine the product roadmap
- Stakeholder communication – Serve as a primary liaison between stakeholders and the development plan, ensuring alignment on strategies and key decisions.
- Own Product Artifacts – Ensure high-quality documentation and management of epics, user stories, user cases, and edge cases.
Required Experience:
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or a similar role in an Agile environment.
- Proficiency in English (Upper-Intermediate or higher).
- Strong knowledge of UX research and usability testing.
- Data-Driven Mindset – Ability to analyze and interpret key iGaming metrics such as player acquisition cost, LTV, and churn rate.
- Compliance & Licensing Knowledge – Understanding of gambling regulations across different jurisdictions.
- Product Optimization Experience – Track record of improving Gross Gaming Revenue (GGR) through data-driven enhancements.
- Expertise in KPIs – Familiarity with industry-standard KPIs, including ROI, ARPU, and game performance metrics.
- Experience with Analytics Tools – Proficiency in data analytics and business intelligence tools, with knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and SQL is a plus.
- Cross-functional Collaboration – Ability to work effectively with marketing, compliance, and development teams to align strategies with business goals.
- Strong Decision-Making Skills – A structured, data-first approach to problem-solving and product development.
- Proven experience in iGaming industry, with a solid understanding of gambling products, player behaviour, and regulatory challenges.
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of Data Analytics and A/B Testing.
- Familiarity with SQL and BI tools.
- Understanding of CI/CD and DevOps principles.
