Overview:

We’re looking for a proactive and self-driven specialist to take our Security Awareness efforts to the next level.

You’ll have the opportunity to design training content and assessments that reflect the real needs of different employee groups based on their technical skills, the sensitivity of the data they handle, and the types of risks they’re exposed to.

Our goal is to develop tailored awareness programs that align with the real-world threat landscape and address the specific needs of the industries our holding company operates in, moving away from one-size-fits-all content.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain engaging security awareness programs
• Create and deliver cybersecurity training courses for employees
• Collaborate with teams across the company to promote a security-first mindset
• Work on employee security-related requests and security tickets
• Keep documentation clear, user-friendly, and up-to-date

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in information security, including security awareness or related domains
• Proven ability to write logical, concise, and user-friendly content
• Strong communication skills (tech + non-tech audience)
• Experience in creating educational content
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks 
  

Nice to have:

• Experience with LMS platforms, e-learning and phishing simulation tools
• Familiarity with SCORM/xAPI standards
• Background in instructional design or adult education
