Overview:

SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for a 3d Motion Designer. We’re looking for a creative professional ready to contribute to a dynamic team and grow in the field of 3D motion graphics!

Key Responsibilities:

• Relevant educational background
• At least 5 years of experience working with After Effects and Cinema 4D
• Proficiency and hands-on experience with Octane Render
• A broad set of 3D skills, listed in order of priority: Shading and rendering, Lighting, Animation, Simulations, Modeling. 
• Experience integrating 3D into After Effects and working with 2D animation
• A portfolio or showreel showcasing your best work
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma
• Solid understanding of animation principles and video editing skills
• A team player who adapts creative approaches to project requirements
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey ideas clearly
• English language proficiency at an Intermediate level or higher
• Russian level (C1)/Native

Required Experience:

• Create and animate 3D video content with a focus on exhibition/media environments

• Collaborate with the Art Director and creatives to develop and implement visual concepts
• Work alongside designers and motion artists to produce 3D content and VFX for team projects
• Participate in filming and creative brainstorming sessions
• Research and implement modern trends and tools in motion design
• Present creative ideas and propose innovative solutions
