Talent Development Specialist - Middle
Overview:
SOFTSWISS is hiring Middle Talent Development Specialist to join our HR Team.
Purpose of the Role:
The Talent Development Specialist will play a key role in designing and delivering impactful learning experiences that support employee growth and business goals. This position aims to foster a culture of continuous learning by creating engaging educational content, collaborating with internal experts, and acting as a strategic partner to stakeholders across the organization.
Key responsibilities:
- Using content development tools and the learning management system (LMS), create interactive and engaging learning materials; maintain and update content as needed.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) across the organization to design and develop e-learning courses and live training sessions.
- Structure educational content based on learner needs and business objectives, applying instructional design principles and methodologies to ensure a practical and engaging learning experience.
- Lead facilitation sessions and support live training delivery when required.
- Design and implement onboarding courses, structured learning paths for new hires, and role-specific development.
- Serve as a trusted learning consultant to stakeholders by identifying training needs, recommending solutions, and advising on best practices in learning and development.
- Administer and manage the internal ticketing and reporting process to ensure timely resolution of learning-related requests and issues.
Required Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience in Learning & Development or Talent Development, focusing on designing and delivering learning programs.
- Proven ability to collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and effective training content, including e-learning and live sessions.
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles and experience structuring content based on learner needs and business objectives.
- Hands-on experience with LMS platforms.
- Ability to facilitate live training sessions and act as a trusted learning partner for stakeholders.
- Experience designing onboarding programs and development paths (career, role-specific, or skill-based).
- Excellent project management skills: leading initiatives, managing timelines, and coordinating cross-functional input. Prior experience in the IT, iGaming, or game development industries is a plus.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills – effectively consult, present, and influence.
- Fluency in English and Russian (C1 level or above, written and verbal).
Nice to have:
- Ability to structure and convey information
- Knowledge of Miro, PowerPoint presentation, and Excel
- Knowledge of learning theory (Kolb cycle, 6D, learning styles, andragogy)
- Experience in creating analytics and presentations with reports HR general processes: Performance management,
- Learning&Development, Onboarding, Career Development.
- Cultural differences basics; visualization of information – at least basics of color theory, fonts, overall visual presentation.
