Boarding Manager – Middle
Overview:
SOFTSWISS is hiring Boarding Manager to join our FinteqHub Team. The Boarding Manager is responsible for overseeing the client onboarding process, ensuring smooth and efficient communication with clients while coordinating with internal teams.
About Product:
The Payment Gateway is part of our growing fintech software and payment management system. The team works on providing clients with a payment platform designed to help online businesses manage and process monetary transactions worldwide.
Purpose of the role:
This role ensures that all necessary KYC documentation and applications are completed, reviewed, and approved before onboarding is finalized. The Boarding Manager plays a crucial role in maintaining regulatory compliance and delivering a seamless client experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the onboarding process
- Provide clients with the required KYC documents and guide them through the submission process
- Complete and submit Merchant Application Forms (MAFs) and other necessary applications
- Coordinate with relevant departments (Legal, Finance, Business Development, Technical, etc.) to verify and approve different aspects of the onboarding process
- Create and assign tasks to internal teams for reviewing KYC documents, agreements, fees and other compliance checks
- Follow up with clients and internal departments to ensure timely progress and resolution of onboarding-related tasks
- Ensure successful finalization of the onboarding process (signed agreement)
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and onboarding progress for compliance and internal reporting
- Identify and resolve any bottlenecks or issues that may arise during onboarding.
Required Experience:
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in client onboarding, compliance, or account management within a FinTech, payments, or financial services company
- Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of KYC and AML requirements in financial services
- Ability to collaborate with multiple internal teams and ensure smooth workflows
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to resolve onboarding-related issues efficiently
- Proficiency in CRM tools, compliance software, and document management systems
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with KYC, AML, and regulatory requirements related to financial onboarding. Experience working with financial institutions, PSPs, or merchant onboarding is a plus
