SOFTSWISS is hiring a Pre-Sales Manager to join our Business Development team. We are seeking a proactive and client-oriented professional to be the first point of contact for potential customers and partners, ensuring every inquiry is handled with efficiency, professionalism, and care.
Purpose of the role:
You will be “on the frontline”, managing inbound communication from prospective clients and partners, qualifying potential opportunities, and directing them to the right teams within SOFTSWISS. Your role will be essential in creating a smooth and effective first touchpoint, contributing to our global growth.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage incoming requests from prospective clients and partners.
- Provide consultations on SOFTSWISS products and services.
- Qualify and prioritise leads before passing them to the relevant internal teams.
- Support the development and maintenance of Business Development department documentation.
Required Experience:
- Strong command of English (B2 level or higher).
- Possesses full professional fluency in Russian, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both written and spoken form.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Openness to feedback and a willingness to grow and adapt.
Nice to have:
- Previous experience in a client-facing or sales support role.
- Background in iGaming, IT, or technology services.
