About Product:
The SOFTSWISS Sportsbook is a software platform designed for launching and managing a successful online sports betting business. The Sportsbook team’s goal is to develop truly innovative software that will make the process of creating and running a bookmaker website faster and easier for our clients. We are searching for driven individuals who are passionate about what they do and are ready to work on engaging tasks and exciting projects together.
Purpose of the role:
In this role, you will translate business requirements into clear software specifications and support the development team in delivering solutions that meet both business and user needs.
Key responsibilities:
Assist the Product Owner in transforming business requirements into software requirements
Develop and maintain a Software Requirements Specification (SRS)
Investigate stakeholder requests through direct communication
Gather requirements by analyzing business and technical documentation, interfaces and competitors
Collaborate with development teams during feature investigation and development
Provide guidance to internal and external teams on software functionality
Contribute to the improvement of BA processes and workflows
Required Experience:
3+ years of continuous hands-on experience in business analysis
Experience with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
Strong documentation skills for high- and low-level requirements (Use Cases, BRD, SRD, SRS)
Proficiency in diagram modeling (BPMN, UML)
Experience in document and interface analysis, as well as competitors research
Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and other requirements management tools
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in cross-functional teams
Understanding of technologies and principles involved in mobile and web application development
English proficiency at B2+ level for communication and documentation
Native-level proficiency in Russian for communication
Nice to have:
Experience in product companies
Experience in iGaming and betting projects
Experience with API and integration analysis, ensuring compatibility with other services
Experience in researching iGaming licenses
