Overview:

SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for a Junior Sportsbook Content Specialist.

We need a true, experienced and accomplished professional who shares our culture and values.

Purpose of the role:

You’ll ensure an engaging and seamless player experience by managing promotions, gaming content, and platform configurations. Your work will directly impact player engagement, retention, and satisfaction by ensuring campaigns, games, and bonus systems are executed accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with company objectives.

Key responsibilities:

• Creating Promotions/Tournaments: Develop engaging promotional campaigns
• Placing Banners on Frontend: Strategically place banners on the frontend of the website according to banner schedule
• Working with Games & Categories: Manage game lists, update categories, and optimize content based on Casino Team requests
• Placing Content for New Brands: Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure brand-consistent content placement
• Creating Bonus Configurations & Loyalty Offers: Develop and implement bonus programs, loyalty rewards, and comp point systems
• Resolving Bonus & Platform Issues: Address bonus discrepancies and troubleshoot technical issues promptly
• Maintaining Pop-ups, Creation of Landing Pages: Maintain and optimize pop-ups to effectively communicate important messages or promotions
• Enabling Currency Flow: Ensure smooth transactions across bonuses, tournaments, and games

Required Experience:

• Proficiency in English, with a minimum level of Upper Intermediate (B2)
• Strong stress resistance and adaptability in a dynamic environment
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks
• Team player with strong collaboration skills
• Knowledge of HTML
• Curiosity and readiness to quickly learn new tools and processes

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with the casino industry
