Employer Brand Manager - Senior
Overview:
SOFTSWISS is hiring an Employer Brand Manager to join our Brand Marketing team. You’ll help strengthen the company’s reputation as an employer of choice and drive visibility across key markets through creative campaigns and consistent brand storytelling.
Purpose of the role:
You’ll develop and execute the global Employer Brand strategy to support SOFTSWISS growth and talent attraction goals. Your work will enhance how potential candidates and employees experience our brand across digital channels, events, and professional communities.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the SOFTSWISS Employer Brand promotion strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
- Define and regularly update the EVP, brand map, key messages, target audiences, and priority GEOs.
- Create and execute monthly and quarterly communication plans with clear goals, KPIs, and communication channels.
- Enhance employer brand awareness and attractiveness across key regions in line with the overall marketing strategy.
- Organise and coordinate campaigns with external agencies: prepare briefs, conduct tenders, select partners, and oversee quality and documentation.
- Develop and supervise the production of advertising and creative materials (videos, banners, digital visuals, branded merchandise).
- Analyse campaign performance, prepare KPI reports, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Establish effective cross-functional collaboration with HR, Internal Communications, PR, and Marketing teams.
- Support and initiate the company’s participation in professional rankings, awards, and industry exhibitions.
Required Experience:
- At least 2 years experience in Employer Brand marketing in companies with high marketing activity.
- Experience of working with digital marketing tools, in-depth knowledge of specifics.
- Advanced English language skills.
- Advanced Russian language skills.
- High level of problem-setting skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
- Proactive approach to problem solving.
- Highly motivated, positive thinking, multi-tasking, stress-resistant.
