Social Media Manager - Middle
Overview:
SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for a Social Media Manager. We need a true, experienced and accomplished professional who shares our culture and values
Purpose of the role:
- You’ll drive the company’s social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, X (Twitter), and Facebook to strengthen brand visibility, engagement, and advocacy.
- Your work will shape how audiences perceive and interact with our brand online by creating compelling content, fostering community engagement, and leveraging data-driven insights.
- By aligning social media initiatives with broader communication and brand objectives, you’ll play a key role in enhancing our digital footprint, supporting employee advocacy, and amplifying our corporate voice across channels
Key responsibilities:
- Planning and execution of social media activities across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter (X), and Facebook
- Content creation: drafting posts, preparing visuals (in collaboration with designers), and ensuring timely publication
- Community management: interact with followers, respond to comments, and maintain a positive tone of communication
- Monitoring and analysis of engagement metrics, tracking performance, and preparing regular reports
- Development of employee advocacy initiatives and internal communication campaigns
- Coordination with internal teams (PR, Brand, Digital) to align social media content with broader brand and communication goals
- Contribution of creative ideas for content formats, campaigns, and interactive initiatives
- Following social media trends, best practices, and tracking competitor activities
Required Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in social media management or digital communication
- Strong writing and editing skills in English (B2–C1 level)
- Russian language knowledge at B1+ level
- Solid understanding of key social media platforms and their best practices
- Experience working with social media management and analytics tools (e.g. Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of content creation tools (Figma, Canva, or similar)
- Creativity, initiative, and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and develop within a structured SMM framework under senior guidance
