Purpose of the role:
You will play a key role in managing high-value accounts by building strong professional relationships, anticipating needs, and providing tailored solutions. Through proactive coordination, personalized approaches, and strategic planning, you will ensure long-term engagement, satisfaction, and successful outcomes for priority accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong working relationships with designated high-priority stakeholders to support long-term engagement
Handle incoming inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring smooth and efficient communication (primarily via email)
Contribute to improving key performance indicators by anticipating needs, offering proactive support, and consistently delivering high-quality service
Maintain a thorough understanding of ongoing initiatives, activities, and internal processes, while contributing ideas for enhancing engagement strategies
Monitor activity patterns to ensure timely and well-structured distribution of relevant resources, benefits, and other allocated items
Conduct regular outreach to designated stakeholders, ensuring a premium level of support and personalized interaction
Identify and implement effective approaches for managing high-impact cases to maintain stability, engagement, and overall satisfaction
Required Experience:
At least 1 year of experience in a service-oriented or support-related role
Fluency in German – C1 or Native level
English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher
Strong communication and negotiation skills with high attention to detail
Ability to work independently and make well-reasoned decisions
Problem-solving mindset with analytical and creative thinking
Confidence in working with internal systems (training provided)
