Art Director – Team Lead
Overview:
We are looking for a visionary and hands-on Art Director to lead the creative evolution of our brand. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a strong aesthetic sense and a passion for elevating visual communication across all touchpoints. As an Art Director, you will shape the art direction of the brand, drive development of corporate identity materials, and ensure our visual standards remain innovative, consistent, and aligned with business goals.
Purpose of the role:
You will be responsible for shaping and evolving the brand’s visual direction, ensuring consistent, high-quality creative output across all materials. Your focus will be on strengthening the brand identity, guiding the design team, and driving innovative visual solutions that elevate how the brand is perceived.
Key responsibilities:
Creative Direction & Brand Development
• Creative Direction & Brand Development.
• Researching and integrating new creative tools, trends, and techniques.
• Analyzing and shaping the art direction of all brand visual communication materials.
• Assessing visual potential within the existing brand identity and suggesting expansions or restyling.
• Developing corporate identity materials, including brand books and brand guidelines.
• Leading creative processes, brainstorming, and ideation sessions.
Design Oversight & Quality Control
• Managing internal designers and overseeing creative output.
• Ensuring visual consistency and high-quality standards across all brand materials.
• Developing 2D and 3D animation and key visual visualizations according to briefs or creative concepts.
• Providing feedback and direction to internal teams and external contractors.
Team Leadership & Development
• Coaching and training team members, identifying strengths, and guiding professional growth.
• Facilitating creative discussions and encouraging continuous learning and development.
External Collaboration
• Managing communication and design oversight with external design, branding, and advertising agencies.
Required Experience:
• Professional education, work experience more than 8+ years;
• Proficiency in Adobe (PS, AI, AE, Me, Id), Cinema 4d, Octane render, Figma;
• Research and prediction of upcoming and just appeared trends in Graphic design, UI/UX, Motion design, web design,fashion, marketing;
• Skills in creation of a brand guidelines and converting marketing goals into visual materials;
• Experience creating visual materials for multi-channel advertising campaigns;
• Highly motivated, positive thinking, ability to multi-task, attentiveness, stress tolerance; • Ability to lead a team and high communication skills;
• Ability to adapt to changing requirements and meet deadlines;
• Organizational skills and attention to detail;
• Professional portfolio and recognition in the marketing domain;
• English proficiency at the Upper level;
• Ability to work with Jira task planners, including creating an architecture of complex tasks and estimating deadlines
