We are seeking a strategic and execution-driven professional to lead our PSP and partner-related projects, ensuring effective onboarding, relationship management, and commercial optimization across markets. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with payments from the operator or platform side, with PSP business development experience considered an advantage.

Purpose of the role:
To manage and optimize relationships with PSPs and partners, overseeing onboarding, compliance, and commercial terms. The role ensures efficient, profitable, and compliant payments operations while supporting strategic initiatives across markets.
Key responsibilities:
Conduct PSP and market research aligned with business needs
Perform calls and maintain communication with potential PSPs
Support the underwriting process by sending Check List, NDAs, and KYC/B requests to PSPs
Prepare volume forecasts, rate, and fee calculations for new PSPs, BAM, and Onboarding teams
Collaborate closely with Treasury and Legal teams on new PSPs, contracts, commercial terms, and discounts
Monitor margin levels per market and implement actions to improve profitability
Required Experience:
3+ years in a similar or related role
Experience in Gambling/iGaming
Experience in Fintech/Payments
Experience working with PSPs
Advanced level of English and Russian for internal and client communication
Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
Proven experience in building and managing strong client relationships
Nice to have:
Experience in Business Development
Experience in Banking sector
