Overview:

SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer.
You’ll work in our Setup Team, contributing to our continued growth and innovation in the Casino Platform.

Purpose of the role:

You will be responsible for designing and refining user interfaces that align with business goals, enhance usability, and maintain visual consistency across products. By contributing to new screens, modules, and user flows, improving existing solutions, and working within established UX patterns and design systems, you will help deliver intuitive and engaging user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the development of the design system — from concept to token implementation and developer collaboration

• Design complex user flows based on analytics, user research, and product/business requirements.

• Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, final UI layouts, and documentation.

• Optimise existing interfaces and participate in UX refactoring

• Work with conversion funnels, user flows, and complex navigation logic.

• Participate in design reviews, mentor other designers, and help elevate the overall quality of the team.

Required experience:

• 5+ years of experience as a UX/UI or Product Designer.

• Strong expertise in designing for both web and mobile platforms.

• Experience in the iGaming industry is a significant advantage.

• Systems thinking and the ability to create scalable UI solutions.

• Advanced proficiency in Figma, includingvariables, tokens, and automation, understanding of the Figma Tokens → JSON → Dev workflow, component setup, documentation, and plugin usage.

• Ability to engage in constructive dialogue with product managers, developers, and fellow designers.

• Good written and spoken English.

• Russian is the main working language within the team.
