Purpose of the role:
You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and business growth. By deeply understanding their operations, challenges, and goals, you will act as a trusted partner, developing strategic plans and delivering tailored solutions in collaboration with internal teams.
Key responsibilities:
Establish and nurture strong long-term relationships with clients and key people on client’s side
Understand client business specifics and how it operates
In collaboration with the team and client’s key people identify the potential issues and problems client business is facing to propose solutions to solve them
Create client’s development plan and strategy
Be responsible for the general client satisfaction and growth in close collaboration with casino platform team
Resolve ongoing issues and problems
Forecast and track key projects metrics
Required Experience:
English B2
Russian B2
Strong communication, negotiation and team collaboration skills
Strong knowledge of IT industry and how the major processes function
2+ years in account management and/or customer success management
Previous experience with creating and implementing strong relationships with clients
