Data Analyst – Senior
Overview:
You’ll work on transforming large-scale product and player data into meaningful insights that guide strategic decisions across our iGaming solutions. Your analysis will support product optimisation, operational efficiency, and data-driven growth across the business.
Purpose of the role:
You’ll transform complex product, platform, and player data into clear insights that drive strategic decisions and measurable business outcomes. Your work will improve the accuracy, accessibility, and impact of analytics across teams, enabling smarter product optimisation, stronger performance tracking, and more data-driven growth initiatives.
Key responsibilities:
Development and maintenance of dashboards and reports for various company departments
Collaboration with other teams to identify analytical needs and provide actionable insights
User behavior analysis to generate insights
Work with key company metrics: monitoring, analyzing changes, identifying causal relationships, combining this with pattern and anomaly analysis for deeper insights
Performing ad-hoc analytical tasks at stakeholders’ requests
Self-directed insights extraction from data
Required Experience:
At least 2 years of experience in an analytical role
English proficiency at B2+ level (Upper Intermediate or higher)
Russian - native-level proficiency
Willingness to actively collaborate with an international team
Technical Skills:
Strong skills in writing and optimizing SQL queries for working with large datasets
Proficiency in Python for data analysis (pandas, numpy, seaborn, plotly, stats)
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau (preferred), Power BI, or similar platforms
Understanding of basic statistics and probability theory
Experience with Jira and Confluence for task and documentation management
Soft Skills:
Strong communication skills, ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at different levels
Ability to dive deep into subject areas to understand business processes
Proactivity and a desire to grow
Nice to have:
Experience with ClickHouse
Knowledge of Apache Superset
Basic command-line skills
