SOFTSWISS is hiring a Payroll Specialist to join us. We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Payroll Specialist to ensure accurate payroll processing across multiple locations, maintain compliance with corporate policies and local regulations, and provide high-quality support to employees and managers.
Purpose of the role:
You will be responsible for accurate and timely payroll processing across multiple locations, working with local accountants, outsourcing providers, and internal teams to ensure compliance with company policies. You will also support employees and managers through consultations, manage contracts and payroll-related documentation, and provide clear reporting for management needs.
Key responsibilities:
Payroll calculation (management accounting) for different locations
Payroll calculation and Interaction with local accountants and (or) outsourcing payroll companies
Preparation of lists of employees for payroll
Work with contracts B2C, B2B
Calculation and accrual of bonuses according to corporate policies
Maintaining payroll costs for management accounts
Entering accruals and deductions in internal accounting system
Working with the HR and managers for closing probationary periods
Communication with employees and managers, consultations, clarifications, assistance
Calculation of salary changes conditions (at locations) in accordance with company policies
Preparing and submitting reports on internal management requests
Preparation of salary certificates
Required experience:
• Higher education
• 3+ years of relevant work experience preferably within international companies
• Experience with accounting system
• Advanced Excel skills
• Great learning ability
• Excellent analytical skills
• Russian (Advanced); English (intermediate+)
• Ethical behavior
• Attention to detail
