Overview:

SOFTSWISS is hiring a Middle Business Analyst to join the Data Office team. We are looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative professional who will help align business and data across teams and build a consistent foundation for trusted master data, including clients, products, and partners.

Purpose of the role:

You will be responsible for gathering and formalizing business and data requirements, modeling as-is and to-be processes, and supporting the implementation of master data solutions. Your goal is to ensure data consistency, clear ownership, and reliable data usage by working closely with data owners and development teams across the organization.

Key responsibilities:

• Gather and document requirements

• Analyze current business processes and data flows Model ‘as-is’ / ‘to-be’ processes, including data-related activities 

• Define data ownership, golden records, and validation rules 

• Ability to produce business analysis artifacts 

• Work closely with data owners and development team 

• Support service implementation and user onboarding

Required Experience:

• 2+ years in business analysis roles (data, CRM/ERP, or similar systems) 

• Experience with business process modeling (BPMN preferred) 

• Understanding of master data principles 

• Strong communication and documentation skills 

• Ability to work across business units and align diverse requirements
