Internal Communications Manager - Senior
Overview:
SOFTSWISS is hiring a Senior Internal Communications Manager who will design how communication actually works inside the company.
This role is not about content or “news in Slack.”
It’s about building a system that helps people understand priorities, make better decisions, and act in alignment with the business.
Purpose of the role:
You will turn internal communications into a structured system that connects strategy with execution.
Your goal is to ensure that information flows clearly across teams, that priorities are understood, and that communication drives real behaviour — not just awareness.
This role sits at the intersection of product, business, and culture. You will work with leaders and teams to make complex things simple, visible, and actionable.
Key responsibilities:
Design and implement communication governance across teams and departments (who communicates what, how decisions are cascaded, and how priorities are aligned)
Build structured communication flows that connect leadership decisions with team-level execution
Translate business priorities (product, strategy, changes) into clear, repeatable communication mechanisms
Drive behaviour change through communication (not just inform, but influence how managers communicate and how teams operate)
Identify communication gaps, overload, and misalignment and fix them through system design
Work closely with product, HR, and leadership to ensure clarity and alignment at scale
Support leaders in becoming clearer and more effective communicators
Build and maintain communication systems that scale and last over time
Required Experience:
Experience in internal communications, brand, PR, or a related field — with a strong focus on systems, not just content
English at B2+ level
Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive change without formal authority
Strong understanding of how communication impacts business outcomes (alignment, execution, behaviour, not just engagement)
Experience working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
Ability to structure complex environments into clear frameworks and explain them simply
Nice to have:
Experience in tech, product, or fast-scaling international companies
Experience with change management, organisational design, or transformation projects
Understanding of behavioural psychology, decision-making, or communication impact
Russian at B2+ level
