Event Manager – Senior

Purpose of the role:
You will lead the planning and execution of international iGaming events, ensuring a strong SOFTSWISS presence across exhibitions, conferences, and branded experiences. Your work will directly support business growth by delivering high-impact events, managing end-to-end logistics, and aligning with commercial goals.
Key responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate and deliver company participation in international iGaming industry exhibitions, summits, conferences.
Conduct own events: networking dinners, parties.
Manage full event lifecycle: preparation, onsite execution and post-event analysis.
Coordinate booth production and branding with internal teams and external contractors.
Work closely with the Business Development team to align event goals and ensure business impact.
Manage event budget and ensure cost efficiency.
Coordinate event-related marketing materials (presentations, merch, print materials, giveaways).
Support partnership and sponsorship activations, BTL including negotiations with organizers when needed.
Ensure timely delivery of all deadlines and requirements from event organizers.
Supervise onsite team operations and ensure high-quality event experience.
Collect feedback, prepare event reports, analyze performance (leads, meetings) and suggest improvements.
Required Experience:
Minimum 4 years of proven experience as an Event Manager, with a strong portfolio of executed offline events.
Demonstrated experience delivering large-scale events (1,000+ attendees), managing complex logistics and high-value budgets.
Expertise in preparing comprehensive technical specifications and event documentation.
Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with suppliers, venues, agencies, and service providers.
Hands-on experience in developing and overseeing branded merchandise and promotional materials.
Strong communication skills in English and Russian (advanced/native).
The role requires full international mobility and the ability to travel globally when needed.
This role is based in our Warsaw office, with an expected on-site presence of 2–3 days per week.
