Content Writer – Senior
Overview:
SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for a Content Writer. We need a true, experienced and accomplished professional who shares our culture and values.
Purpose of the Role:
You will deliver high-impact, performance-driven content across SOFTSWISS Group websites and affiliated brands, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with business goals. You’ll manage content initiatives from planning to publication - including website pages, articles, localisation, and sales support materials - while maintaining and optimising website content.
Key Responsibilities:
Scope: SOFTSWISS Group of websites, as well as affiliated brands; special projects on request
Projects: manages multiple projects at the same time and leads organisation and communication with involved teams; works with stakeholders at all levels.
Cross-team projects: coordinates cross-team projects as a project owner or as a key contributor with occasional input; works with stakeholders at all levels.
Content writing: writes, localises, and finalises high-quality, clear, and consistent content based on the content plan, Copy Style Guide or direct requests from internal teams, operating with little day-to-day guidance.
Content management: proactively works with website content via regular checks across all locales and works with other Content Writer to coordinate complex content management updates.
Design: plans and organises complex design tasks to support articles and copy with necessary visual elements; engages external vendors, where necessary.
Development: works jointly with project managers, digital marketing managers and developers to fix identified bugs or enhance the admin panel, website pages, etc.
Planning: contributes to the Content Plan and Activity Calendar; relies on the Marketing Strategt and Operational Plans to coordinate task and project planning.
Mentoring: mentors Junior specialists and oversees Middle Content Writers across tasks on request.
Analytics: takes a confident role in content performance reporting by collecting relevant statistics, supporting monthly reporting, and helping to prepare presentations; able to independently look up data.
Sales enablement: able to work with product USPs and ICP to produce challenge-solution-led materials for business development and sales purposes.
Budget: maintains the budget within scope of the Content Marketing Team; works with payment manager according to established workflow.
Required Experience:
Bachelor’s degree (linguistics, marketing, journalism, media).
3+ years experience in copywriting, writing for multiple content formats and audiences.
Strong writing portfolio.
Confident in data reporting.
Solid understanding of web metrics and SEO principles.
Prior experience with GA4 and GSC.
Experience in iGaming, IT marketing, B2B marketing.
Languages: English (C1), Russian (native).
Nice to Have:
Basic knowledge of HTML.
Experience working with generative AI models.
