Overview:
SOFTSWISS is hiring a Product Automation Lead to join our team. We are looking for a strategic and hands-on professional to drive automation initiatives across product and business workflows. This role focuses on identifying operational inefficiencies, building AI-powered solutions, and delivering measurable impact through automation. You will work closely with product, engineering, and data teams to reduce manual work, improve scalability, and accelerate internal operations.

Full-service modular software platform to manage online casino operations
Purpose of the role:
You will audit operational workflows across product and business teams to identify bottlenecks, repetitive tasks, and automation opportunities.
You will design and deliver AI agents, pipelines, and internal tools — from concept through to production. Acting as an internal product owner for automation initiatives, you will write specifications, make solution decisions, and validate outcomes in collaboration with engineering and data teams.
Additionally, you will help establish an automation culture within the team by coaching colleagues, sharing best practices, and becoming the go-to expert for automation initiatives.
Key responsibilities:
Audit operational workflows across product and business — identify bottlenecks, repetitive tasks, and automation potential
Build and own a product automation roadmap, prioritised by effort-to-savings ratio (time and cost saved)
Design and ship AI agents, pipelines, and internal tools — from concept through to production
Act as an internal product owner for automation: write specs, make decisions, validate outcomes together with engineering and data teams
Build tooling that accelerates the product team itself — copilot features, intelligence layers over data, automated reporting
Reduce friction in operator-facing workflows — onboarding, configuration, support interactions
Build an automation culture in the team: coach colleagues, share practices, become the go-to expert
Report to CPO with clear impact metrics: hours saved, cost-per-operation reduced, operator service improved
Required Experience:
Experience in product operations, automation, or product management
Hands-on experience with AI/LLM tools and automation platforms
Experience building internal tools or process automation solutions
Strong analytical mindset and ability to identify operational inefficiencies
Experience working with engineering and data teams
Ability to write specifications and define requirements
Understanding of product workflows and operational processes
Experience measuring impact using metrics
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Upper-Intermediate English and Russian or higher
