SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for a Content Specialist. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Content Specialist to join our team.

Purpose of the role:

In this role, you will manage website content updates, maintain localized pages, and ensure all published content is accurate, consistent, and up to date.

Key responsibilities:

• Upload and organize new content.

• Create and maintain categories on the website.

• Update localized pages and translation keys.

• Maintain internal documentation and manuals.

• QA website pages regularly to ensure quality and accuracy.

• Resolve urgent tasks independently.

• Coordinate with copy and retention teams to keep content aligned.

• Identify issues and suggest improvements to workflows.

• Support junior team members when needed.

Required Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in content operations.

• Strong experience with CMS and back-office tools.

• Good HTML knowledge.

• Experience with JSON.

• Strong attention to detail and quality.

• Ability to work independently and manage priorities.

• Clear communication and good teamwork skills.

• English at least B1 level.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Russian will be a plus.

• iGaming experience.
