Marketing Project Manager - Senior
Overview:
Overview SOFTSWISS is hiring a Marketing Project Manager to join our Marketing Team. We are looking for an experienced, ownership-driven professional to lead complex marketing projects from strategy to execution. This role is ideal for a strong project manager with a solid B2B and B2C marketing background and deep expertise in SEO. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage multiple strategic initiatives, and ensure projects are delivered efficiently and aligned with business goals.
Purpose of the role:
You will own the delivery of special projects supporting the launch and growth of premium consumer-facing initiatives. Acting as the central coordination point across Digital, Creative&Design, Content, Operations, and external partners, you will turn business ideas into successful market launches.
Key responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic marketing projects, from planning to launch and optimization
Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage project scope, timelines, priorities, budgets, and risks
Develop integrated marketing strategies with a strong focus on SEO, organic growth, digital promo and content marketing
Drive SEO initiatives, including content planning, website optimization, keyword strategy, and technical improvements
Lead go-to-market planning for new consumer-facing projects and campaigns
Improve project management processes and ensure efficient stakeholder collaboration
Track project performance, analyze KPIs, and continuously optimize delivery
Required Experience:
Experience 5+ years of experience managing complex marketing projects in a senior role
Fluent English (C1+) and Russian
Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects from strategy to execution
Strong B2C marketing background
Deep expertise in SEO, including content strategy, technical SEO fundamentals, keyword research, on-page optimization, and organic growth
Experience building SEO-driven marketing strategies that deliver measurable business results
Strong project management skills, including stakeholder management, prioritization, budgeting, and risk management
Experience with Jira or similar project management tools
Excellent communication and organizational skills
