Email Marketing Specialist - Senior
Overview:
SOFTSWISS is looking for a Senior Email Marketing Specialist to own the end-to-end B2B email and lifecycle marketing strategy. You'll design, build, and optimize automated customer journeys that move prospects from lead generation to Sales Accepted Lead (SAL), helping drive pipeline growth across the global iGaming market.
Purpose of the role:
You'll build scalable lifecycle programs that engage operators, aggregators, platform providers, and affiliate businesses throughout the buying journey. Working closely with Marketing, Business Development, and Performance teams, you'll combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution to improve lead quality, conversion, and pipeline contribution.
Key responsibilities:
Design and optimise lifecycle journeys across the B2B funnel, including welcome, nurture, re-engagement, event, and sales enablement campaigns.
Build segmentation models and lead scoring to improve personalisation and sales handoff.
Launch targeted ABM email campaigns and automated nurture programs around lead magnets, webinars, and industry events.
Manage HubSpot Enterprise, Customer io, CRM integrations, and marketing automation workflows.
Own email deliverability, domain reputation, authentication, and list hygiene.
Measure campaign performance through pipeline reporting, A/B testing, and lifecycle analytics while ensuring GDPR compliance.
Required Experience:
Russian language skills at B2 level or higher
English proficiency at B2 level or higher
5+ years of experience in email or lifecycle marketing, including B2B environments with long sales cycles.
Hands-on expertise with HubSpot Enterprise and/or Customer io
Strong understanding of MQL, SAL, SQL, lead scoring, attribution, and marketing-to-sales processes.
Experience with email deliverability, HTML/CSS email editing, and campaign analytics.
Nice to have:
B2B iGaming, SaaS, or fintech experience.
Experience with ABM and enrichment tools such as Clearbit, Apollo, Cognism, or Breeze Intelligence.
Knowledge of SQL, AI tools, or multilingual lifecycle campaigns.
