Country Project Manager Assistant
Overview:
SOFTSWISS is hiring a Country Project Manager Assistant to support strategic cross-functional and regulatory projects. You’ll work closely with internal teams, regulators, and external legal advisors, helping projects move forward smoothly while keeping documentation, deadlines, and licensing requirements under control.
Purpose of the Role:
You’ll support projects from planning through execution, bringing structure to complex workflows and ensuring stakeholders have the information they need to deliver on time. Your work will also contribute to gambling licensing and regulatory processes by keeping documentation accurate, obligations visible, and communication well coordinated.
Key Responsibilities:
Support strategic cross-functional projects from planning through execution, coordinating stakeholders and helping ensure timely delivery.
Manage several parallel initiatives by tracking deadlines, dependencies, risks, and follow-ups with responsible teams.
Support the process of obtaining and maintaining gambling licences, coordinating licensing activities and monitoring regulatory requirements.
Prepare, review, organise, and maintain project and legal documentation with a high level of accuracy.
Coordinate communication with regulators, external legal advisors, and internal stakeholders, including tracking regulatory obligations and monthly or quarterly reporting deadlines.
Maintain clear and up-to-date project documentation in Jira and Confluence, improving processes and ensuring transparency across projects.
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, capture decisions and action items, and follow up to keep agreed next steps moving.
Required Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Law or equivalent legal education.
Experience in project coordination, legal operations, compliance, or a similar role.
English at B2 level or above.
Russian at C2 level.
Strong organisational, analytical, and documentation skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and take full ownership of assigned responsibilities.
Nice to Have:
Experience in the iGaming or gambling industry.
Experience supporting gambling licensing projects.
Understanding of corporate governance and company structures.
Experience creating process documentation, guidelines, or internal knowledge bases.
Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
